My journey to entrepreneurship wasn’t a straight path. After graduating from Johnson & Wales University, I built my career across Culinary Arts, Early Childhood Education, and Administrative Services. My first instructor used to drill one phrase into us - work smarter, not harder - and it stuck.
No matter which industry I worked in after that, I kept running into the same problem: talented, capable people burning themselves out because nobody had built them a better way to work. I knew I had a gift for planning, organizing, and streamlining, so I combined that with my love for helping people, specifically women, and KRB Executive Services was born.
