Here’s How It Works

Step 1: Tell Me About Your Business
Fill out a short intake form so I can learn about you and your business. If it sounds like a good fit, you’ll get a proposal with your package, agreement, and invoice, all in one place. Sign, pay, done.

Step 2: Prep Session
We’ll schedule your 90-minute Prep Session. You’ll also complete a short questionnaire when you book, that’s what helps me map out your build before we even get on the call. The Prep Session is where I get access to your Dubsado account, and if you’ve got outside tools like Zoom, Stripe, or your calendar that need connecting, we’ll knock those out together.

Step 3: I Build, You Live Your Life
Once we set your project start date, I get to work. I’ll keep you posted along the way, and I just ask that you’re reachable by text or call in case something comes up.

Step 4: Walkthrough + Support
Once your system is ready, we’ll meet for your 90-minute recorded walkthrough. I’ll show you everything, answer your questions, and you’ll have the recording to reference anytime. Then you’ve got 30 days of Loom and email support if anything comes up after we wrap.
